Embedded with a micro chip, every time you dine or party at any LKFE restaurant, bar or club in Shanghai or HK you will accumulate points for every HK$ or RMB spend (1RMB = 1 point). You can check your points balance and redeem gifts at the terminal located in Baci Italian Restaurant.

Lost or Stolen
Loss or theft of a card should be reported immediately to Lan Kwai Fong at Park 97’s marketing department. Replacement of a card will incur a fee of 20RMB. The replacement form with a temporary card can be obtained at any LKFE outlet. Please note that points cannot be collected on the temporary card. However, you will still be able to enjoy the discount and additional privileges offered to cardholders. In addition, all efforts will be made to restore your previous point balance to your new card
New Member
Please note that applicants must be ages 21 or over and other certain eligibility requirements may also apply. All applicants are subject to final review and approval by Lan Kwai Fong at Park 97. When introducing a new applicant, please email all relevant contact information to info@lkfgroup.com
